The Healthy Weigh In-Person
“The Healthy Weigh: Strategies and habits for weight loss and whole-body wellness” is a 6-week series on taking actions that support weight loss and whole-body wellness. Led by a registered dietitian, you will explore how to choose and prepare food that promotes a healthy weight, heart and brain; the role of motivation, goal setting, and stress management in health; and physical activities for daily life.
