Chocolate Truffles from Scratch In-Person
Learn how to make homemade, hand-rolled truffles—decadently creamy candies with a crunchy or powdery coating. This class will teach a traditional chocolate truffle and a cookie-based one and give you the know-how to make your own truffles in whatever flavor and coating you choose. Decorate a mix of four truffles to treat yourself or give to a valentine. Registration is required. Ages 18 or older. Funded by Friends of the FCPL.
